What the role is
Office of Corporate Communications – Manager/Senior Manager
What you will be working on
Marketing
Develop and implement advertising and marketing campaigns, including for RP Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses.
Oversee campaigns from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and timelines.
Plan, allocate, and manage resources (budget, manpower, and schedules) to ensure successful project delivery.
Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, preparing reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate across departments to strengthen RP's overall branding and communications strategy.
Communications
Work with Senior Management to craft content and messaging.
Partner with schools, departments, and external organisations to amplify the RP brand and expand audience reach.
Support content creation and messaging strategies for key initiatives, ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
Event Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute high-stakes events such as admissions open houses, ensuring exceptional stakeholder engagement and alignment with RP's goals.
Oversee all aspects of event logistics, from concept development to on-the-ground coordination, within defined budgets and timelines.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure events reflect and enhance RP’s brand image.
Administration
Manage the department’s budgeting process and track expenditures to maximise the return on marketing investments.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial resources and project outcomes.
What we are looking for
Qualifications in marketing, communications or related discipline.
At least 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing and communications.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, content management systems, digital analytics tools, search engine optimisation and search engine marketing.
Self-starter, strategic, innovative, and detail-oriented in implementation of projects.
Experience leading teams.
Collaborative team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
