Job Description

1. Lead and support clinical services, including planning and overseeing coordination, management, monitoring of efficient and effective delivery of all clinical services.
2. Manage and be responsible for all clinical workflows, including new projects and enhancements.
3. Manage budgeting and financial functions to ensure clinical operations are functioning financially sound.
4. Work closely with the relevant key stakeholders (Doctors / Nurses & Operation staff) to plan, develop and implement new clinical services in the primary care setting programmes to improve patients' access to care and clinical outcomes.
5. Provide guidance to project teams developing or piloting new care models within each specific clinical discipline.
6. Responsible for maintaining clinical standards across all clinics, ensuring and meeting patient care and needs and overseeing all patient care.
7. Support and champion high standards of patient care by implementing strategies and plans in the clinics. Tracking and monitoring standards and regulations to ensure the organization complies with all government laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures.
8. Ensure regular development and review of policies which are in line with MOH goals and objectives. Overseeing recruitment, manpower, training and supervision for all clinical staff, professionals, and administrative staff. Plan and organize training or education for staff to advance their skills or excel in their respective roles. Improving the efficiency of clinical staff as well as fostering collaboration.
9. Prepare administrative papers and presentations on Medical Board policies and associated documents.
10. Implement and oversee infection prevention and control (IPC) practices amongst all clinical staff.
11. Oversee new projects and services, including artificial intelligence and ESG in healthcare.
12. Any other duties as assigned by Medical Director.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in healthcare or healthcare-related.
2. Experience in research duties will be advantageous.
3. At least 3 years of management experience in healthcare environment.
4. Good people management skills.
5. Strong ability to engage and work with all levels of staff.
6. Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong communication skills.
