Join Our Team as an Office Administrator and Personal Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to handle a variety of administrative and personal assistant tasks.

SecureVision Pte Ltd is a leading Electronic Security Systems company dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and self-directed individual to join our team as an Office Administrator and Personal Assistant.

Position: Office Administrator and Personal Assistant

Location: Singapore, Near Paya Lebar MRT

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing office administration tasks
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Invoicing customers and following up on payments
  • Liaising with clients, service, and installation teams
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with meeting discussions and client follow-ups
  • Multitasking and managing various responsibilities efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration and personal assistant roles (3-5 years preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • High level of self-direction and motivation
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field

Salary Range:

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. The average salary for similar roles in Singapore ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 4,500 monthly.
