Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator and Receptionist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open the mailbox daily and promptly distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Order and maintain office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and other necessary office materials.
  • Greet and assist visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the office.
  • Act as the primary contact for any office renovation or facilities-related issues, coordinating with contractors or vendors as needed.
  • Serve as the point of contact for collating office supplies orders from other offices and coordinating with them for fulfillment and delivery to the office address.
  • Maintain clean and organized meeting rooms, and common spaces. Ensure that office furniture and equipment are in good condition.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role preferred.
