Office Administration & BILLING CLERK

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Basic Accounting knowledge Support AP/AR
  2. Follow up and resolving SOA issues
  3. Updating of Bank statements
  4. Company cost control
  5. Prepare & Claims petty cash
  6. Financial support, assisting the company's accounting company to handle accounting work
  7. Support the smooth communication and operation of the company team
  8. Human resources and administrative office management, such as handling entry and resignation/Annual Leave procedures, purchasing office supplies, etc.
  9. Record receipts and payments in accounting software
  10. Prepare month-end payments and online banking transactions
  11. Responsible for month-end closing process and preparation of monthly financial report for management purposes
  12. Update cashflow report
  13. Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements
  14. Other related accounting assignments
  15. Prepare customer invoices
  16. Print and mail out invoices
  17. Prepare, verify and check various billing cost items, charging methods and reports
  18. Ensure that all Goods & Services are invoiced accurately and closed within the stipulated time frame; and accurate updating of the system for each transaction
  19. Follow up with customers on payments
  20. Liaise with Customer service and sales departments for quotations related to the files for invoicing
  21. Scanning and sorting invoices or other required documents
  22. Other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
  23. Prepare essential documents, such as memos, reports, and other forms of communication
  24. Manage and respond to emails and phone calls, forwarding communications to the right people when necessary
  25. Regularly communicate with staff to help procure necessary items for the office

Requirements:

  1. Min 1-2 years of experience for entry-level positions
  2. Relevant experience, preferably in Industrial Engineering Services industry or equivalent
  3. Proficient in MS Office / EXCEL
  4. Fast learner, hardworking, attention to details, responsible
  5. Working Location: TUAS *(JURONG)
  6. NEAREST MRT: TUAS CRESCENT MRT (EW31)
  7. Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.30pm, Saturday: 8am – 12.30pm)
  8. Salary Package: Basic Salary from $2,500 to $3,000
  9. Duration: Permanent
  10. Able to start immediately is a plus

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School / "O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, in any field.
