Job Responsibilities

  1. Main contact for vendor management and admin related inquiries
  2. General office admin duties (including pantry supplies order, stationary supplies order, courier arrangement, etc)
  3. Providing Administrative support to the HR team and assist with recruitment (interview arrangement), employees files and other HR admin matters.
  4. Assist in ad-hoc and regular employee engagement events.
  5. Others: Support in employee onboarding and offboarding related matters, handle medical insurance claims, manage work pass matters
  6. To be involved in HR Projects and HR Initiatives
  7. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  1. 1-2 years of relevant experience in office and/or HR administrative or other relevant administrative experience
  2. Excellent organizational skills
  3. Diligent, independent, and dependable.
  4. Meticulous and able to multi-task
  5. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn.
  7. Good team player with positive working attitude.
  8. Fluent in English (written and verbal)
