Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support daily office operations and ensure a well-managed work environment.
  2. Process and track administrative invoices and property management expenses.
  3. Liaise with tenants, vendors, and contractors for property and facility management matters.
  4. Oversee maintenance contracts, ensuring timely updates and renewals.
  5. Organize corporate events, team-building activities, and company functions.
  6. Handle procurement of office and pantry supplies.
  7. Manage corporate mobile phone plans, transportation leasing, and utility arrangements for management staff.
  8. Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for corporate office personnel.
  9. Provide reception coverage when required and offer administrative support as needed.
  10. Participate in property-related projects and assist in taking meeting minutes.
  11. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Office Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience.
  3. Strong communication and writing skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
