KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle day to day Operational & Maintenance activities
• Remote monitoring of solar sites, analyses data and provide improvement ideas to the system performance
• Development of end-to-end processes such as establishing Work Instructions / Sequences of operation / Emergency response plan / Forms for operation & maintenance activities
• Review the frequency of Autonomous Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance activities across various sites and ensure the PV system performs at optimal condition
• Review PV System performance and ensure system performs above finance model (FM) specific yield
• Work closely with the Engineering team to provide feedback on design issues that cause PV system to perform below FM specific yield
• Develop, innovate and integrate new technology into PV activities
• Ensure critical spare parts are sufficient and review the requirements when necessary
• Supervise and manage vendors and contractors carrying out work in the plant
• Oversee the overall housekeeping of the plant
• Perform hands-on job as and when required
• Ensure junior team members are trained and have the necessary training to perform their tasks. Provide mentoring and training when required
• Perform other administrative duties and additional jobs/ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or related studies
• Relevant working experiences in Solar, electrical engineering and other related fields
• Work at height certificate for supervisor/ assessor/ manager (Preferred)
• Able to communicate with stakeholders to manage deadlines
