Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct nutritional analysis of food recipes/menus.
  • Provide nutritional assessment, nutrition support and advice as required by business units and clients.
  • Work closely with business units and HPB for health & nutrition programmes/campaigns.
  • Provide training for staff and nutrition talk requests by clients.
  • Conduct quality control for IDDSI-compliant texture-modified meals.
  • Prepare reports, conduct trend analysis and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Work location: 10 Senoko Way, NTUC Foodfare Co-Operative Ltd
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or any related disciplines.
  • Member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA).
  • Preferably with 1/2 years of working experience.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
  • Experience in using FoodWorks software will be advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of any Food Safety Management System will be advantageous.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player and a keen eye for details.
  • Motivated and results-oriented.
  • Possess a positive attitude and learning mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Able to perform basic statistical collation.
