Job Description
Conduct nutritional analysis of food recipes/menus.
Provide nutritional assessment, nutrition support, and advice as required by business units and clients.
Work closely with business units and HPB for health & nutrition programmes/campaigns.
Provide training for staff and nutrition talk requests by clients.
Conduct quality control for IDDSI-compliant texture-modified meals.
Prepare reports, conduct trend analysis, and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or any related disciplines.
Registered member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA).
Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
Experience in using FoodWorks software will be advantageous.
Working knowledge of any Food Safety Management System will be advantageous.
Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player and a keen eye for details.
Motivated and results-oriented.
Possess a positive attitude and learning mindset.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Able to perform basic statistical collation.
