Job Description

• Oversee ward operations for a ward/level to ensure quality delivery of care
• Oversee and ensure there is holistic case management of patients
• Provide home care services assigned by Nurse Manager and ensure there is accurate assessment of the condition and provision of quality care
• Serve medication to patients

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing
• At least 2 years of ward and clinical experience
• Full-time permanent position
• Registered with SNB
