Job Description

The selected personnel would be expected to play an integral part in overseeing the operations of the nursing department. This is a management role, requiring good interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, this role would require the applicant to:

• Communicate the needs of the patients in the facility to physicians
• Assess the health needs of the patient
• Oversee nursing employee performance and conduct appraisals
• Oversee the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff
• Develop and implement nursing procedures and policies

The Successful Applicant

You will be a self-driven and motivated employee with good knowledge and concept in nursing operations. In addition, you will possess:

• A Degree in Nursing
• At least 8 years of relevant experience would be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
