As a Nurse Manager (Multidisciplinary Ward), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Establish and optimize work processes in accordance with Singapore Nursing Board standard.

• Oversee the accurate compilation and submission of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) data.

• Routinely review and update policies, procedures, and care pathways to maintain high standards of quality care.

• Provide clinical expertise in complex cases and monitor patient progress regularly.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Nursing with valid SNB registration.
