As a Nurse Manager (Community Setting), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Establish and optimize work processes in alignment with Singapore Nursing Board standards and Nursing Home regulations.

• Supervise the accurate compilation and submission of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) data.

• Regularly review and update policies, procedures, and care pathways to uphold quality care standards.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of resident care, including incident investigations and reporting.

• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans for residents.

• Promptly address and resolve feedback from residents and their families.

• Provide clinical expertise for complex cases and monitor patient progress.

Requirements:

• SNB Registered Nurse

• Preferably some years of experience as a Nurse Manager / Nurse Clinician.
