What you'll be doing

• Oversee the daily operations of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G) clinic, ensuring efficient and effective patient care
• Manage and lead a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor and analyse clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory and equipment
• Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or leadership role within the healthcare industry
• Strong clinical expertise in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, with a solid understanding of patient care protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to fostering a positive work culture

Job Requirements:

• Registered Nurse certified by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• 3+ years of clinical experience, with a genuine passion for mentoring, developing talent, and making a meaningful difference in elderly care.
