Office hours duties

As a Nurse Manager (Central Region), you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Take part in the process of creating and executing a person-centered care delivery model.
2. Adopt care integration tactics and advance primary care nursing best practices.
3. Determine the nursing staff's training and development requirements.
4. Assist in developing clinical service demands that are in line with the strategic directions of the company.
5. Provide clinical leadership and manage teams to effectively accomplish set goals in collaboration with the management team.
6. Work with the nursing management team to manage the nursing workforce, including hiring, developing, and evaluating employees, as well as promoting their well-being.

Requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
2. Candidate must be registered with Singapore Nursing board.
