Nurse Manager (5.5 Days/O&G, Day Surg & Operating Theatre) (ID: 661279)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure efficient patient management.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with MOH, licensing, and company SOPs.
• Plan and manage staff rosters, inventory, and equipment based on patient needs.
• Implement and monitor an effective appointment system.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOPs.
• Maintain high clinical standards, address feedback promptly, and report corrective actions.
• Identify improvement areas and support the Head of Department with initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department, doctors, and staff to ensure clinical standards and safety.
• Manage drug inventory, records, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee facility maintenance.
• Supervise subordinates.
• Provide vendor feedback to aid evaluations.
• Maintain medical records as required by law.
• Update the Centre’s Risk Assessment.

Requirements

• Possess at least Advanced Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• With 5 years of experience in OT setting / 3 years in similar capacity
