NURSE MANAGER
Job description
Responsibilities
- Provide specialised patient care according to hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
- Ensure the effective and efficient operation of the assigned ward.
- Lead, guide, and manage nursing staff in delivering professional and quality nursing care to hospital patients.
- Review and streamline processes for efficient operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality performance indicators for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and plan staffing needs, annual work plans, and capital, operational, and training budgets.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Nursing from a recognized training institution approved by the Singapore Nursing Board.
- At least 10 years of post-registration clinical and administrative experience.
- Must be fully registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
