Responsible for coordinating, directing, and evaluating patient care activities to ensure high delivery of care
Work in collaboration with the nursing leaders and contribute to multi-disciplinary work groups
Involved in clinical quality management to improve processes
Lead and supervise a team of oncology nurses, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the highest level of patient care
Assist in the financial management of the wards and ensure that resources are optimized
Continuously monitor patients' conditions, record detailed progress notes, and ensure accurate documentation of treatments, observations, and patient responses.
Ensure that all nursing practices comply with the hospital's or healthcare facility's policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to oncology care.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant discipline
Valid BCLS + AED Certification
Valid Practicing Certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board
Minimum 5 years of experience in an acute care setting and at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Nurse Clinician
Comfortable working on a permanent night shift basis
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Good knowledge of regulatory standards
