Nurse Clinician, Night Shift

Job Description

• Responsible for coordinating, directing, and evaluating patient care activities to ensure high delivery of care
• Work in collaboration with the nursing leaders and contribute to multi-disciplinary work groups
• Involved in clinical quality management to improve processes
• Lead and supervise a team of oncology nurses, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the highest level of patient care
• Assist in the financial management of the wards and ensure that resources are optimized
• Continuously monitor patients' conditions, record detailed progress notes, and ensure accurate documentation of treatments, observations, and patient responses.
• Ensure that all nursing practices comply with the hospital's or healthcare facility's policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to oncology care.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant discipline
• Valid BCLS + AED Certification
• Valid Practicing Certificate issued by Singapore Nursing Board
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an acute care setting and at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Nurse Clinician
• Comfortable working on a permanent night shift basis
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Good knowledge of regulatory standards
