NURSE CLINICIAN / MANAGER / DIRECTOR (5 DAYS WORK WEEK)

Key Responsibilities:

• Periodically review patients to evaluate their progress, ensure high-quality care, and identify any additional care or services they may need.
• Provide supervisory guidance and support to staff members.
• Attend meetings and participate in assigned committees.
• Conduct regular audits of staff performance to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance. Assist in reviewing and updating KPIs to enhance nursing standards if needed.
• Help manage the ward roster to ensure sufficient staffing at all times.
• Take corrective and preventive actions to address or minimize critical quality issues.
• Review patients’ case notes and nursing documentation to ensure records are accurate and meet legal documentation requirements.
• Implement and monitor infection control practices and ensure staff adherence to these protocols.

Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 6 years of experience in managing and supervisory roles.
• Open to work 3 shifts.
• Proven experience in managing a multi-disciplinary ward, inpatient ward, and roster manpower.
• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
