As a Nurse Clinician (Labour & Delivery), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Overseeing both Labour & Delivery wards and maternity services.
• Providing Nursing leadership, management and directions in regards to setting and maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise clinical practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Staff development and resource management in the daily operation of the department and analyze personnel structure to determine staffing requirements.
• Maintain patient care standards and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services.
• Implement policies and procedures for efficient delivery of health services.
• Assess nursing care quality and appropriateness, making necessary adjustments in care delivery.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor of Nursing with a valid Post Basic qualifications in Midwifery.
• Possess Singapore Nursing Board (with full registration).
