Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team.

Nurse (Renal/Endocrine)

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients with kidney-related conditions, including those undergoing dialysis treatment. This role requires a high level of professionalism, clinical expertise, and a patient-centered approach to ensure optimal care and support for individuals managing renal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform venepuncture (blood draws) as part of the clinic’s diagnostic procedures.
  2. Assist in IV infusions (including zoledronic acid) under the supervision of medical professionals.
  3. Provide clinical support to healthcare providers in the treatment of patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, cholesterol issues, and other metabolic conditions.
  4. Help manage patient appointments and follow-up communications to ensure timely and accurate care.
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
  6. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure that all patient needs are met promptly and effectively.
  7. Learn and adapt to new technologies and cutting-edge treatments used at the clinic.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience or training in a clinical or medical setting is preferred.
  2. Proficiency in venepuncture and cannulation, or a willingness to learn.
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  4. Positive attitude with a desire to provide exceptional patient care.
  5. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nurse (Ortho)

In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients with orthopaedic conditions, including fractures, joint replacements, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will work closely with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with orthopaedic conditions, including pre- and post-operative care.
  2. Assist in mobility support, rehabilitation, and pain management strategies.
  3. Monitor patients’ progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
  4. Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care, physical therapy exercises, and lifestyle adjustments.
  5. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatment plans.
  7. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery and well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Registered Nurse (RN) license with relevant clinical experience in orthopaedics or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders, surgical procedures, and rehabilitation techniques.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patients through their recovery journey.
  4. Ability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a patient-centered approach.
  5. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
