Nuclear Medicine Technologist/ Radiographer (5 days office hours)

Job Scope:

• You will be part of the Nuclear Cardiac Imaging team to prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to perform imaging procedures on patients for diagnostic interpretation.
• You are responsible for providing clear instructions to prepare the patients, performing daily quality checks of the gamma cameras, ensuring the procedures are carried out as per protocol, and processing image data.
• These will include dispensing radioisotopes in the radiopharmacy lab, giving radioisotope tracer injections, and proper documentation of quality checks and radiopharmaceutical data.
• You will also perform pharmacologic stress tests for patients under the supervision of the physician.
• You are expected to participate in research programmes and comply with radiation safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology/ Diagnostic Radiography/ Radiation Therapy. Valid R1 License from Radiation Protection and Nuclear Science Department, National Environment Agency Singapore.
