NPI Process Engineer (Semiconductor/SMT)

Responsibilities:

1. Define and establish the product build process
2. Develop work instructions and test procedures
3. Create inspection and test plans for the product
4. Develop checklists and test protocols
5. Design jigs for critical quality alignments
6. Provide tester requirements to the design team
7. Assess engineering changes for assigned products
8. Offer technical expertise on manufacturing processes to the Product Assurance Group (PAG)
9. Escalate issues to the PAG for defect resolution
10. Design jigs to streamline assembly processes
11. Design jigs and fixtures, and explore ergonomic equipment solutions
12. Audit system acceptance, production processes, and instructions to ensure they are correctly executed
13. Ensure all processes and documentation are up-to-date and compliant with relevant standards and clauses

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or automation environments
3. Strong ability to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders
4. Critical thinking and analytical skills
5. Strong quality focus
6. Independent, self-motivated, and creative with out-of-the-box thinking abilities
