NPI Engineer

We are working with a design company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a NPI Engineer to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive at SGD 60k-180k / year (excluding bonus).

Seeking an NPI Engineer ((New Product Introduction Engineer)to lead testing and introduction of new semiconductor products, focusing on test plan development, data analysis, yield management, and test facility coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test introduction plans for new semiconductor products.
• Analyze ATE test data, perform characterization studies, and generate test reports.
• Manage yield improvement efforts, identifying and resolving yield-limiting issues.
• Implement advanced test data analysis methods and enhance data quality.
• Oversee test facility coordination and evaluate OSAT operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor test process introduction.
• Expertise in ATE test systems, WAT testing, and big data analysis.
• Proficiency with data tools like JMP, Minitab, and Excel VBA.
• Strong understanding of OSAT operations and test facility management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
