Scope of Role of a Nominee Director:
A nominee director typically serves a non-executive role to fulfill the statutory requirement by ACRA for a local resident director on a company's board.
Unlike regular directors, nominee directors aren't engaged in activities like voting, attending board meetings, or opening a company bank account. Their passive role contrasts with the executive responsibilities of regular directors who make management decisions and oversee daily business operations.

Pays between 1-2k a month depending on how many companies you are a nominee director on.
Requirements:
