(No Night Shift/No Experience) 2 Shifts Patient Service Associate (Inpatient Ward) (With Good Bonus) @ Jurong #HJC

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients
• Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges
• Perform discharging procedures for patients
• Obtain follow up appointment for inpatient patients
• Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
• Strong passion to serve the patients
• Willing to work 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
