[NO EXP] Sales Coordinator / Customer Service (RMA/RTV)

Brief Summary

• Basic $3200 + AWS + Bonus
• 5 Days | Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
• Working Location: East

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries regarding RMA shipments from client
• Handle RTV return to vendors and liaise with them on return shipment to fulfill customer KPI
• Liaise with logistics company on shipment arrangement
• Update Shipping & Receiving report, Stock take report
• Update inventory in SAP system
• Compile Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports required by Management, Headquarters, and customers
• Maintain good relationships with customers and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• No experience is welcome to apply
