Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the overall operations of the nightclub, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe daily functioning.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and health and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Monitor and control all aspects of the venue's budget, including expenses, inventory, and labour costs.
• Plan, organize, and execute special events, VIP experiences, and promotions to drive foot traffic and revenue.
• Work closely with marketing and promotions teams to build exciting events that align with the brand and attract the right crowd.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and guests, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues, customer complaints, or emergencies that may arise during the shift.
• Analyse business trends and performance metrics to develop strategies for growth and optimization.
• Report directly to senior management and provide regular updates on operational performance and key metrics.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in nightclub or hospitality management, with a focus on operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations, including local laws concerning alcohol and nightlife venues.
• Experience in event coordination and promotion is a plus.
