Night Residential Care Worker [Northeast / Data Entry]

4 days/week, work 2 days & off 2 days (follow schedule): 1015pm-815am

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising residents daily, managing their welfare, discipline, and adherence to institution standards.
• Providing support during emergency situations.
• Implementing Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
• Ensuring the safety and security of premises through body and property checks, security patrols, dormitory inspections, and conducting urine tests when necessary.
• Managing and addressing the daily living needs of residents in the Hostel.
• Establishing positive relationships with residents.
• Participating in task forces to assist and execute required tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Capability to work night shifts.
• Independence, resourcefulness, and responsibility.
• Firm commitment to upholding standards and responsiveness in dealing with individuals.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and similar tools.
