Providing administrative support to the department; preparing reports.
Drafting correspondence, schedules, memos, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents from notes, dictation, and other sources.
Proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and format; distributing documents as instructed; maintaining calendars; coordinating and scheduling meetings, training sessions, appointments, and making travel arrangements.
Receiving and screening internal/external visitors/guests.
Receiving, screening, and directing telephone calls to the appropriate department.
Providing information to callers; maintaining filing system, including establishing and updating files, sorting, grading, verifying, filing, and retrieving office documentation.
Establishing and maintaining new and specialized files according to prescribed methods.
Tracking time/attendance; assisting with processing of travel and other expenses; preparing, sorting, prioritizing, logging, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail; maintaining specialized logs, mailing lists, and tracking systems; performing special projects, as required.
Requirements
Min. ‘N/O’ Levels, or Diploma holder.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
No related experience needed; full training will be provided.
