Serve as the primary liaison between the Advancement Office and HQ Finance for all fundraising and donation-related matters, focusing on managing the staff donation process.
Develop and maintain an overview of staff donations, preparing and analyzing regular reports.
Coordinate with key departments such as HR, Payroll, Shared Services, Finance, and the Advancement Office to ensure smooth execution of the staff donation process.
Monitor and resolve issues or discrepancies in staff donations through regular report tracking and effective communication with relevant parties.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to streamline and improve the donation process.
Assist the Finance and Advancement Office in gathering and compiling information for reports.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
