Provision, implementation, test and turn up of customer and internal telco WAN services in cooperation with the customer and field services teams.
Technical point of contact for company internal stakeholders for issues related to service provisioning.
Technical validation of customer provisioning telco WAN workorders.
Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.
Pro-active escalation, follow-through and liaison with appropriate departments to resolve technical issues which may impact delivery timescales or quality.
Independently leading the migration of telco circuits.
Requirements
Diploma in Computer Science / IT or equivalent with 1-2 years relevant experience.
Equipped with Basic Network Connectivity Testing and Cable Testing experience.
Proven experience as network technician or relevant position.
