Network Systems Security Engineer

• Manage and maintain IT systems of the company across the different countries that the organization operates in, including systems in offices and datacentres.
• Address and support end-user issues with the organisation's Network, Systems, and Security.
• Monitor and ensure server uptime to ensure that the systems that support the organisation's function runs smoothly.
• Standby 24x7 to be ready to address potential issues that result in server downtime including but not limited to: cyberattacks, system failure, hardware failure.
• Prepare post-mortem reports and trend analysis for incidents.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated through scripts and/or other methods.

Job Requirements

• No prior working experience is needed.
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of DHCP, TCP/IP, and Windows OS security.
• Familiarity with common standard PC software such as MS Office, MS Outlook, Antivirus Software, Encryption Software, etc.
• Knowledge of administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization technologies, troubleshooting problems related to PCs in a LAN environment, and print & file server would be an advantage.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure to meet system performance service levels.
