Network Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our Brownfield Projects Team in overseeing the full project lifecycle for data center infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining the highest safety measures and minimizing operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
2. Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and standards for all contractor submissions, including technical and commercial proposals, drawings, documents, method statements, risk assessments, and work notifications.
3. Enforce adherence to site security, safety protocols, and all applicable policies for project teams and contractors.
4. Oversee the procurement process, ensuring alignment with internal standards and guidelines.
5. Adhere to established project workflows and processes.
6. Conduct quality assurance (QA/QC), monitor construction activities, and provide regular progress reports.
7. Organize and lead stakeholder and weekly construction meetings.
8. Coordinate vendor work notifications and security access requirements.
9. Manage access ticketing and vendor escorting to server floors, as required by security protocols.
10. Identify and escalate project issues promptly.
11. Oversee project intake processes, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines.

Candidate Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Communication Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in data centers or other critical environments, with at least 3 years managing brownfield projects.
3. 5+ years of experience in large-scale networking and fiber infrastructure projects.
4. Strong knowledge of Singapore safety regulations and industrial safety management best practices.
5. Familiarity with data center security operations and network infrastructure.
6. Experience managing vendor relationships and a strong understanding of design and construction industry standards, including fast-track design-build processes, procurement, and contracts.
7. Proven ability in requirements gathering, resource allocation, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving project goals.
