Network Engineer

• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Configure and manage network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and backups of network devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications.
• Document network configurations, changes, and processes for reference and compliance.
• Evaluate and recommend new network technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

You Bring

• Good knowledge of troubleshooting, problem identification, problem resolution, and/or resolution recommendation activities to first- and second-level teams.
• Managing Cisco Security devices; ASA appliance 5555-X and 5585-X, Juniper Net screen (including virtual firewall contexts), Checkpoint Firewall.
• Managing Cisco Data & Security Devices; ASDM, CSM, and DCNM.
• Managing Servers; AAA, SNMP, Syslog, NTP, DHCP, FTP, DNS, IPS, VPN, load balancers, F5 Load balancer.
• Experience in Palo Alto Networks.
• Managing Cisco Routers and Switches; Catalyst 6500, 4500, 3750, 2960 & 3560 Series.
• Managing Alcatel Switches; Omni Switches 6850 & Omni Switch 9000.
• Significant exposure to TACACS+, Radius, and Cisco Access Control System.
• Experience in managing Wireless Environment with WLAN Controller.
• Experience in managing Network Access Control.
• Strong networking background and experience, with the ability to troubleshoot both access control and network-related problems.

Wintel Engineer

Job Description:

• Daily monitoring and troubleshooting of our distributed server landscape will be part of the task together with project work.
• Verifying the compliance and integrity of our systems is key to maintaining a high level of quality.
• Performance optimization and capacity monitoring are essential, as is the resolution of end-user problems through SAP’s internal ticketing system.
• Changes to our landscape also include updating or creating documentation for level 3 Niche Area service.

Required Skills:

• Windows Server administration.
• VMware vSphere administration.
• Server Hardware (HPE preferred).
• NetApp Storage administration.
• Azure Cloud Administration.
• Monitoring IT Support Tickets / emails / hotline.
• Good network knowledge.

Desired Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with MS SCOM operations.
• Basic Project Management experience.
• Vendor support ticket creation and follow-up for Netapp, Microsoft, VMware, and HPE.

APM Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, network engineering, or a related field.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience with maintaining any APM tools in a production environment.
• Experience in DevOps with APM tools exposure can be considered.
• Working experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of large-scale application deployment architecture and challenges in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Working experience with other observability industry platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.) and cloud experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
