Position: Network Engineer (Permanent)

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our complex network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network solutions, including network topologies, routing protocols, and security policies.
• Configure and deploy network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Install and terminate network cables (CAT5, CAT6, etc.) and configure network ports and faceplates.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
• Perform routine network checks and maintenance tasks.
• Update firmware and software on network devices.
• Configure and optimize network devices to improve performance and security.
• Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
• Respond to network alerts and incidents promptly.
• Document network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Stay updated on the latest network security threats and vulnerabilities.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
• Experience with network devices from various vendors, including Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Netgear, Dell EMC, D-Link, and TP-Link.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) preferred.

Location: Our office is located at 16 Raffles Quay; however, you will be required to travel to our client's sites across Singapore for work-related activities. We will cover the transportation costs between our office and the client's site.

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Packages:

• Salary: $2,500 to $4,500, depending on experience
• Annual Leave: 14 days per year
• Sick Leave: 14 days per year
