Manage the IT infrastructure including Azure Cloud, hardware, and software applications and provide support to end-users.
Perform the installation of updates and patches for all IT systems, including planning for scheduled preventive maintenance.
Manage in-house POS system and related hardware.
Explore new, faster business processes and implement analytics for meaningful decision-making for management.
Ensure that all automated system processes (data backup etc.) and scheduled tasks (batch jobs) are properly carried out on time.
Update and maintain asset list for all hardware and software.
Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation including SOPs, user guides, network layout, system design, and configuration.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Knowledge in network topology.
Ability to configure major brands of firewall devices.
Ability to configure major brands of endpoint protection software.
Ability to set up/manage network switches (e.g. configure VLAN and L2 switching).
Ability to set up/manage wireless network devices.
Advantage if you have good knowledge in enterprise network equipment & network security – including technical presales pitching &/ or hands-on experience.
Advantage if you have good knowledge on WAN network: MPLS VPN and IPsec VPNs, SSL.
Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, or relevant IT certifications.
Prefer someone (but not a must) with Cisco CCNA/CCNP certificate or other equivalent network certificate.
Minimum 3 years of expertise in implementation/administering and troubleshooting network and IT infrastructure equipment.
Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle documentation and explain network and IT architecture.
An advantage if candidate comes from a similar industry or has worked in an SI environment.
