Network Engineer (Government Project)

Location (Nearest MRT): Central

Salary: Open

Duration of Work: Direct Contract

Work Days & Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support, propose solutions and project related queries for all Wired, Wireless network.
2. Perform analysis, plan, coordinate and implement all change requests on existing network equipment.
3. Maintain records of system details (e.g. configuration, changes, problems, disaster recovery document) for network equipment.
4. Manage Firewalls like Checkpoint, Cisco FTD, Palo Alto and NEXUS switches; F5 Load balancer.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related fields.
2. Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Checkpoint Firewall, Network (Routing and Switching), Firewall Administration and Operations.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders preferred.
5. Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
6. A team player with a pleasant personality.
7. Dynamic and able to adjust in a fast-paced environment.
