Nail Salon General Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

· Responsible for working closely with staff in day-to-day outlet operation

· Maintain good rapport with staff to ensure sales targets are achieved by individual and team performance

· Ability to drive sales and build a new customer base

· Promote brand awareness and the company’s service/ products to customers

· Handle customer’s feedback professionally

· Lead and motivate staff in providing excellent service

· Deliver professional nail services, including manicure/ pedicure, extension and gel nail services

· Good excellent cleanliness and hygiene practices

· Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients

· Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly

· Ensuring that nail supplies are adequately stocked

· Advise clients on nail care and the use of products and colours

· Promote and sell nail care products

· Oversee staff deployment, leave, recruitment and training

· Other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

· Candidates must have prior experience handling all operational aspects of a nail salon

· Able to work on weekends and PH

· Good communication skills and cheerful personality

· Must be bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking staff and customers
