Responsibilities:

Music School Coordinator

• Identify and create new sales opportunities to meet individual sales targets and enrollment goals for the assigned course base.
• Provide expert sales and product support to respond to customer inquiries, aiming to convert them into enrollments and sales.
• Assist in organizing events and roadshows to promote Yamaha products.
• Conduct Trial Lessons, Open Houses, and Student Concerts/Graduation events as scheduled.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the music school.
• Support stock replenishment requests and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained at all times.
• Perform any additional duties or special projects as assigned.

Music School Executive

• Achieve the enrollment and revenue targets for the music school branch.
• Maintain high standards in customer service engagement at the branch.
• Manage and oversee teachers (both full-time and part-time, totaling more than 50) and handle related administrative tasks.
• Plan and coordinate activities, including trial lessons, open houses, performances, PTMs, student orientations, and more.
• Oversee the management of studio spaces and facilities.

Requirements:

• Candidate with relevant experience preferred
