Music Partnerships Manager

Our client, a leading Multinational American Technology company, is looking for a seasoned professional who is enthusiastic about the evolving music landscape, technology, and the client's mission to connect people via social media, mobile ecosystems, and business strategies.

This is a 12 months contract role - renewable!

Hybrid set-up (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Music Label Partnerships teams to develop and implement a comprehensive music strategy.
2. Manage communication, education, data management, performance, and reporting for partnership programs.
3. Provide insights into the development and performance of programs.
4. Create case studies and educational materials for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Assist Strategic Partnerships Managers with planning, executing, and measuring programs with local and regional labels in APAC and EMEA.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or cultural management.
2. 4-5 years of experience in the music industry in roles such as program management, project management, partner management, operations, or equivalent.
3. Experience in managing music partnerships and programs for global organizations.
4. Background in commercial leadership with business development and operational experience in technology companies.
5. Familiarity with digital business models and technology.
6. Understanding of the music industry and the impact of web and mobile technologies on global content distribution.
7. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus in a high-expectation environment.
8. Resourceful, action-oriented, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership to achieve measurable impact.
9. Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
