我们是一家专注于儿童原创内容与教育的初创企业，结合音乐、绘本、有声故事与舞台演出，打造有温度的儿童教育体验。目前我们正在组建儿童原创管乐团（Wind Band），用于学校课程、公开演出与综合教学，并同步开发教学内容与活动。

We are an edtech startup in Singapore creating original music, stories, and performance-based learning experiences for children. We are now forming a children’s wind band, offering both performance opportunities and structured music instruction in schools and enrichment settings.

你的职责 | Your Key Responsibilities

• 担任儿童管乐团指挥与主带老师
  Conduct and lead a children's wind band

• 进行器乐教学（如长笛、单簧管、小号、打击乐等）
  Teach individual instruments such as flute, clarinet, trumpet, percussion, etc.

• 组织校内外排练与演出，包括 CCA 或 Enrichment 课程
  Plan and lead rehearsals & performances, including school CCA or enrichment classes

• 熟悉并应用原创乐谱，协助分声部安排与改编
  Use and adapt original music scores; support section arrangements

• 具备数字打谱能力，能使用打谱软件编辑与制作乐谱
  Able to use music notation software (e.g. MuseScore, Sibelius, Finale) to edit and arrange scores

• 制定适龄排练策略，提升学生音乐素养与团队协作
  Develop engaging and age-appropriate rehearsal strategies

• 协助录制教学片段 / 线上音乐活动内容
  Assist in creating video recordings or digital music content
