We’re on the hunt for an energetic, passionate Multi-Sports Coach to join our dynamic team and inspire the next generation of young athletes through exciting and diverse sports coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and action-packed multi-sport coaching sessions that cater to students of various ages and skill levels.
2. Create innovative, age-appropriate drills and training plans to help students develop their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
3. Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere where students feel motivated to reach their full potential—both on and off the field.
4. Offer personalized, constructive feedback to help students improve their technique, confidence, and performance across a range of sports.
5. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices, competitions, and games.
6. Collaborate with fellow coaches and school staff to integrate sports programs into the broader school curriculum and activities.
7. Be a role model for students, instilling values of perseverance, discipline, and a love for sports and fitness.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Previous experience coaching sports, ideally in a youth or school setting (multi-sport coaching experience is a plus!).
2. Passion for a variety of sports and a deep understanding of different sports techniques, tactics, and rules.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire young athletes.
4. Ability to coach students at all skill levels, from beginners to more advanced players.
5. A keen desire to see children develop not just in sports, but as individuals.
6. Willingness to work independently, but also collaborate with a team of like-minded coaches.
7. Minimum commitment of 6 months, with availability for part-time freelance work.

Additional Notes

1. Freelance Position: This is a freelance role, so applicants must be based in Singapore and able to work without visa sponsorship.
2. Minimum Commitment: We’re looking for someone who can commit to at least 6 months to provide consistency for our students and teams.
