Molding Assistant Production Supervisor (Day and Night Shift)

Job Description

1. In charge of production mold setup, process troubleshooting to ensure smooth production with quality output.
2. Execute production plan to ensure meeting daily production targets.
3. Keep records of inventory and ensure that there is sufficient material inventory for production use.
4. Must have relevant experience in setting up injection moulding machines for precision plastic parts.
5. Ensure production area is safe to work, productive, and has required inventory.
6. Able to work independently.
7. Maintain and improve moulding processes to reduce discrepancies.
8. Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

1. Knowledge of production processes and experience in manufacturing would be a plus.
2. Train the operators in safety, handling, and basic machine operation of production.
3. Inspect and upkeep the company's facilities such as cooling towers, air compressors, etc.
4. Maintain basic cleanliness of production areas.
5. Carry out new/modified mold testing and document the testing process.
6. Document all information as per requirements in the quality manual and plan.
7. Good in both written and verbal English communication skills.
8. Able to work on rotating shifts and overtime.
9. Minimum GCE '5' O level with 5 years related experience.
10. 6 days work week.
