Mobile Engineering Lead

We're working with a leading finance firm, who are looking for a mobile and web technical lead to drive the development of their cutting-edge digital platforms. This is an opportunity to lead a team of skilled engineers, shaping the firm’s mobile technology strategy while working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and optimise iOS applications using Swift, with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

• Oversee web technology integration to ensure seamless cross-platform functionality.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

• Produce innovation and contribute to the firm’s long-term technology roadmap.

Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience in mobile development, with commercial experience using iOS and Swift.

• Demonstrable experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex digital solutions.

• Experience in performance optimisation, security best practices, and cloud-based architectures.

• Background in financial services is beneficial but not required.
