MNC: KYC officer (6 months contract)

*Seeking a KYC Officer with a minimum of 1 year of KYC experience in Compliance or credit experience from Commodities, Financial Institutions, or Banks.*

THE COMPANY

This is an established MNC known for its products and services. The company is expanding its operations and is seeking a KYC Officer to be part of their KYC team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the KYC process to onboard new and existing counterparties (Companies or individuals).
2. Receive, collect, and review KYC documents.
3. Monitor adverse news/events, PEP, sanctions.
4. Report on findings.
5. Liaise with internal stakeholders on any KYC information required (Credit, Legal, Compliance, Trade Finance, Traders).
6. Ensure a smooth onboarding process of the counterparty.
7. Ensure KYC procedures are in line with the company guidelines.
8. Perform any other adhoc duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in Business Studies, Finance, Banking, Economics, Commerce, or any other relevant education.
2. Minimum 1 year of KYC experience in Compliance or credit experience from Commodities, Financial Institutions, or Banks.
3. Experience handling Worldcheck and/or Dow Jones.
4. Sharp, focused, meticulous, and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
