Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Department.
- Coordinate department and project activities, and prepare documents required
- Manage administrative and operational duties like scheduling, arranging and facilitating meetings
- Proper documentation of records
- Management of department’s inventory and equipment
Requirements
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good team player, have an eye for details and ability to multi-task
