[Min 3-6 months, Min A Levels] Temp Admin Assistant – Healthcare #HCL

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Department.
  • Coordinate department and project activities, and prepare documents required
  • Manage administrative and operational duties like scheduling, arranging and facilitating meetings
  • Proper documentation of records
  • Management of department’s inventory and equipment

Requirements

  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good team player, have an eye for details and ability to multi-task
