Roles & Responsibilities

1. Set-up and Operate CNC Milling machines
2. Check materials and prepare tools required for production.
3. Familiar with CNC machines, tooling, machine capabilities and machining techniques
4. Perform daily housekeeping and any other duties assigned
5. Carry out process measurement and ensure product's quality.
6. Monitor process & machines discrepancy and report to respective Leader.
7. Maintain daily production outputs
8. Carries out duties as assigned by production supervisor/planner
9. Preferably up to 5 years’ experience in setting up and operating CNC Milling centre
10. Able to interpret mechanical drawing & symbols
11. Good communication skills and able to work as a team.
12. Able to handle work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
13. Overtime is NEEDED on weekdays, weekends and sometimes public holidays (when necessary)
14. Need to work rotating night shift.
